Ingredients:
- 500g wheat flour
- 300ml of warm water
- 10g fresh organic yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Extra virgin olive oil (for greasing)

- In a small bowl, mix the fresh yeast with the sugar until it is dissolved. Add some warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes, until it starts to foam.
- In a large bowl, mix the wheat flour with the salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture.
- Start mixing, gradually adding the rest of the warm water. Continue mixing until a sticky dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead vigorously for about 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
- Form the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl greased with olive oil. Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- After the resting time, preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Transfer the dough to a baking tray lightly greased with olive oil. Make a few diagonal cuts across the top of the bread with a sharp knife.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it is golden on top and hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
